PrOTECT Townhall

We came together with other community members Friday, July 30, 2021 at 5:30pm for "PrOTECT our Communities" - a Community Townhall on Biased Policing in San Diego! We heard about @cpatsandiego's efforts to address racial profiling and how communities members can join us in effecting real change in policing.

Decriminalizing Neighborhoods Conference

MoGo hosted a virtual conference: Decriminalizing Neighborhoods, from July 23-25, 2021 where community organizers, academics, practicing lawyers, and community leaders and members discussed the policing and criminalization of neighborhoods. Conference speakers include: San Francisco District Attorney Chesa Boudin, Antonio “King Tone” Fernandez, and California State Senator Sydney Kamlager.
