MoGo defended clergy arrested at 2018 border protest

MoGo provided free representation to local religious leaders who led a 2018 march to the Imperial Beach border fence in protest of the inhumane treatment of migrants. The religious leaders were charged with disobeying lawful orders, and they faced up to 30 days in jail and a $50,000 fine if convicted in federal court. The judge ruled the government failed to show any of the defendants had broken the law.
